Customised items cannot be returned.

Terms of Refund :

As soon as you place an order for a personalised item, we start the manufacturing process the next second to meet delivery timelines. No refunds, in any case, is possible.
Customised/ personalised products are non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective. (Not applicable for Chains)
The refundable amount will be done within 7 business days after the product has been delivered to us


In any scenario where 3 days have passed since the day of delivery, we can't offer you any returns/exchanges.
